We will tell you no.
If a treatment won't achieve what you're hoping for, or you don't need it yet, we'll say so plainly — even when saying yes would be easier and more profitable.
The aesthetics industry grew faster than its standards did. We opened to prove that a med spa can be genuinely medical without feeling cold.
That means licensed clinicians rather than trained technicians. It means physician oversight of every plan involving a prescription, a needle or a laser. And it means treating the consultation as the most important appointment we offer — the one where we decide together whether a treatment is worth doing at all.
We would rather have a client for fifteen years than a sale today. In practice, that shows up as smaller syringes, longer intervals, and a fair number of conversations that end in "let's wait."

If a treatment won't achieve what you're hoping for, or you don't need it yet, we'll say so plainly — even when saying yes would be easier and more profitable.
Under-treating and reviewing at two weeks is always safer than over-treating and waiting it out. Adding is easy; reversing is not.
Published pricing, written plans, and no charge that appears at checkout without having been discussed first.
Private treatment rooms, discreet scheduling, and photographs that are never used anywhere without your specific written consent.
Aesthetic medicine is only as good as the person holding the needle. Here is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Treatments are performed by licensed clinicians and estheticians working within their scope of practice — never by unlicensed staff who attended a weekend course.
Providers hold current certification for the specific products and devices they work with, and keep it current as protocols change.
Any plan involving a prescription, an injection or a laser is reviewed under medical supervision before it is carried out.
Want to know who specifically will be treating you? Ask at your consultation — we'll tell you their credentials and how long they've been doing it.

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Treating them casually is how complications happen, so we don't.
Every client completes a medical intake before their first treatment. Every injectable plan is reviewed against your medication and health history. We stock hyaluronidase on site for filler reversal, maintain emergency protocols and equipment, and our providers hold current certifications for the specific products and devices they use.
We also document everything — standardised photography at every visit, so results are assessed against a record rather than a memory.
The best aesthetic work is the work nobody notices. Our job is to make you look rested, not different.
Every treatment starts with a complimentary consultation — an honest conversation about your goals, your skin, and what will genuinely work for you. No pressure, no upselling.
