Before You Come In

Common questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. You'll get an assessment and a written plan whether or not you book anything. If we don't think a treatment is right for you, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something else.

Will people be able to tell I've had something done?

Not if we've done our job. We treat conservatively and review at two weeks precisely so the change reads as "rested" rather than "worked on." If you want a more dramatic result, we'll build to it across visits rather than in one sitting.

How much downtime should I plan for?

It varies enormously. Facials, HydraFacial and neurotoxin have essentially none. Filler may bruise for a few days. Microneedling leaves you pink for 24–48 hours. Ablative laser resurfacing needs a genuine week. We'll tell you exactly what to expect before you book, not after.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments are very tolerable. We use topical numbing, ice and vibration devices as standard, and filler products contain lidocaine. Tell us if you're anxious about needles — it's extremely common and it changes how we pace the appointment.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, which we'll always explain when you book. Life happens — talk to us.

Can I come in if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

You're welcome for many of our facials and massage services. Injectables, most lasers and several wellness treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Let us know at intake and we'll build a plan around what's safe.

Do you take insurance?

Aesthetic treatments aren't covered by insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards where a service qualifies medically, and offer third-party financing for larger plans.
